Jacqueline's childhood, in a creative family, was spent in many rural areas of this country, where she developed a love of the sea, land and the natural world. She is still inspired by landscapes, water and gardens. Now as an experienced teacher of textiles Jacqueline is continuing to pass on the craft of fabric, fibre and thread. She studied Fashion and Textiles at Bournemouth and East London, where Ishespecialised in screen printing. Jacqueline's pocket gardens are small intricate embroidered gardens hidden in boxes. Her work has been exhibited and is in private collections in Britain, Japan and Australia and she has under taken many commissions.
