Geoff Hutchins is delighted to see you on this page. He hopes you find his website very interesting, as he has lots of pictures to show you alongside some information about them.
His images have been separated into the following categories: fine art, aviation art, marine art and science fiction art. He also has a diary where he will post regular updates on his work.
Here is a little more information about him.
Geoff lives in Bedfordshire, England where he teachs art for Bedfordshire Adult and Community learning as a part time tutor. He also paints in his studio and provides a professional framing service from his small workshop. As far as art is concerned he supposes his first subject would be 17th and 18th century fighting sailing ships. However, as the son of a one time Lancaster captain (amongst other things), aviation has always been part of his life. Geoff also spent 10 years in the RAF. All this adds up to some heavy influences.
Over the years he has developed his art to cover the various subjects that interest him most. His teaching is all landscape and seascape watercolour techniques. Some of these types of pictures appear in the gallery.
The last few years, science fiction has taken up quite a lot of his time, and continues to do so.
